Most businesses buy Zoho One. Few actually use it.

Zoho One includes 40+ apps. Most teams use one — and wonder why they're still doing things manually. We implement the apps that matter, connect them properly, and build the automations that make your operation run on its own.

Zoho is powerful. The setup is where most businesses stall.

Problem 1

Zoho CRM was set up out of the box. Pipelines don't match the actual sales process. Fields are wrong. Automations were never configured.

Problem 2

The apps don't talk to each other. CRM data doesn't reach Books. Sign doesn't file to WorkDrive. Everything still requires a human in the middle.

Problem 3

The team was trained on how to enter data, not how the system is supposed to work. Nobody knows why things are set up the way they are.

We implement the apps. We write the scripts. We build the system.

Zoho CRM

Pipeline stages that match your actual sales process. Custom fields, layouts, views. Workflow rules, approval flows, and automation that moves leads through the funnel without manual intervention.

Zoho Books

Estimates, invoices, purchase orders, payment tracking. Connected to CRM so deals flow into billing automatically. Configured for your chart of accounts and reporting needs.

Zoho Flow

Cross-app automation — when something happens in CRM, Flow triggers actions in Books, Sign, WorkDrive, and external tools. The glue between everything.

Zoho Sign + WorkDrive

Document generation, e-signature, and automatic filing. Contracts go out, get signed, and land in the right folder — without anyone touching them manually.

Deluge Scripting

Zoho's native scripting language for logic that workflow rules can't handle. Complex conditionals, cross-module data manipulation, custom document population, and API calls to external services.

Zoho Creator

Custom apps and forms built inside Zoho. When the standard modules don't quite fit your process, Creator lets us build the piece that does — without leaving the ecosystem.

“No CRM. No digital forms. No file system. Just pen, paper, and spreadsheets. We built the entire operation from scratch — across six stages from first inquiry to filed documents.”

A living workflow schema document. Not a setup guide — a map of how your business runs.

Every Zoho implementation we deliver includes a living workflow schema — a navigable document that shows exactly what triggers what, which app owns which step, where data flows, and where decisions get made automatically.

It's yours. Use it to train new team members, plan the next automation, or just understand your own operation without calling us to ask how something works.

What's in the schema
  • Every trigger, action, and condition in your workflows — mapped visually
  • Which Zoho apps own which step and how data moves between them
  • Custom Deluge scripts documented so anyone can understand what they do
  • Update notes as the system evolves — it grows with your business

Zoho questions we actually get asked.

Do you implement all of Zoho One or just CRM?
We implement whatever apps your business actually needs — CRM, Books, Flow, Sign, WorkDrive, Creator, Desk, and more. Most implementations touch four to six apps. We also write custom Deluge scripts to connect apps and automate workflows that the built-in options don't cover.
We already have Zoho but it's a mess. Can you fix it?
Yes — this is one of our most common engagements. We audit what you have, identify what's been set up wrong or left unused, and rebuild it properly. Start with a Zoho Audit if you're not sure where the problems are.
Do you write custom Deluge scripts?
Yes. Deluge is how you get Zoho to do things the built-in automations can't handle — complex conditional logic, cross-app data manipulation, custom document generation, and API calls to external services. We use Deluge scripting on nearly every Zoho implementation we do.
How long does an implementation take?
A focused implementation of 2–3 apps typically takes two to four weeks. Full Zoho One implementations across six or more apps with custom Deluge scripting run four to eight weeks depending on complexity. We scope it upfront so there are no surprises.
What's included in a Zoho Audit?
We review your existing Zoho setup, identify misconfigurations, unused features, and automation gaps, and hand you a prioritized action list with a workflow schema of what you actually have. It's a full picture of where you are and what to fix. Book a Zoho Audit →
