Zoho One Audit — Fix Your Setup, Stop Leaving Capability on the Table
You're paying for Zoho One.
Is it actually working for you?
Most businesses using Zoho One are running at maybe 30% of what the platform can do. The rest is either misconfigured, sitting idle, or quietly broken. The Zoho Audit finds all of it — and tells you exactly what to fix, in what order, and what it's actually worth to fix it.
No retainer. No long-term contract. You own the report.
Zoho is genuinely powerful. Most setups use a fraction of it.
Zoho One is one of the most capable business platforms available — CRM, accounting, e-signatures, file management, workflow automation, custom apps, and 40+ more tools under one subscription. I recommend it constantly because it genuinely delivers when it's set up right.
The problem is "set up right." Most Zoho setups are rushed during onboarding, follow the default configuration instead of the actual business process, and then get left alone while the team builds workarounds around the gaps.
The result: you're paying for a platform that could run most of your operation automatically — and instead you're manually doing things it should be doing for you.
Workflows that were set up once and never tested. Automations that fire on the wrong trigger. CRM pipelines that don't match how deals actually move. Books that doesn't reconcile with the CRM. Modules that are active but completely unused. And usually — a team that has stopped trusting the system and is maintaining a parallel spreadsheet "just in case."
Flows that have errors, triggers that never fire, and workflows that look active but haven't run in months. Often nobody knows they're broken until something important falls through.
Deal stages, lead statuses, and approval processes that don't match how your business actually operates. The team routes around them instead of through them.
CRM and Books that don't talk to each other. Sign that isn't triggering WorkDrive filing. Flow sequences that stop halfway and leave manual steps in the middle.
Modules you're paying for that aren't configured at all — and should be. Automations that would take an hour to build and save hours every week.
Other tools you're paying for separately — payroll services, e-signature platforms, form builders — that Zoho One already includes and could replace.
Everything we review in a Zoho Audit.
- Active module review — what's configured vs. what's available
- CRM pipeline and stage configuration
- Lead and deal workflow logic
- Zoho Flow automation health — triggers, conditions, actions
- Deluge script review if applicable
- CRM ↔ Books integration and sync accuracy
- Sign workflow and post-signature automation
- WorkDrive folder structure and auto-filing setup
- User roles and permission structure
- Blueprint configuration (if used)
- Custom field usage and data hygiene
- Subscription overlap — what Zoho One replaces in your current stack
You own the report. The audit findings are yours to use however you want — fix it yourself, hand it to your team, or bring us in to build it. No commitment required beyond the audit itself.
What actually happens when you book a Zoho Audit.
You give us read access to your Zoho environment. We go in and look at everything — not just the modules you think might be the problem, but the whole setup. We've been inside enough Zoho accounts to know where the issues tend to hide, and we check all of those places first.
You receive a written report — not a generic health-check PDF. A specific, prioritized list of what's broken, what's misconfigured, what's missing, and what to do about it. Each item gets context: what it's costing you and what fixing it is worth.
If you want us to fix it after, we're available. If you want to handle it yourself or have someone else do it, the report tells them exactly what to do.
You share read access to your Zoho account. We talk through your setup, what you expected it to do, and where it's falling short. Usually 30–45 minutes.
We go through your entire Zoho setup systematically — active modules, automations, pipelines, integrations, custom fields, and Deluge scripts. We document everything we find.
Written report delivered in 3–5 business days. Prioritized by impact. Each item is specific: what's wrong, what it's affecting, and exactly what to do to fix it.
If you want us to build the fixes, we're available on a project basis. No retainer. We fix what the audit found, you review the results, and that's it.
Questions about the Zoho Audit
What does a Zoho Audit cover?
Active modules, workflow and automation configuration, pipeline and stage setup, integration health with connected tools (Books, Sign, WorkDrive, external apps), user permissions, custom field usage, Deluge scripts, and subscription overlap with tools you're paying for separately. You get a prioritized report on all of it.
Do I have to hire Onizuka Studio to fix the issues?
No. The report is yours. Fix it yourself, hand it to your team, or bring in whoever you want. We'll tell you exactly what to do — you decide who does it.
We just set up Zoho. Is an audit still worth it?
Often more so. Default Zoho configurations rarely match how a business actually operates. Catching problems early saves significant rework. A fresh-setup audit typically surfaces 5–10 items worth addressing before they become habits your team routes around.
We use Zoho CRM but not Zoho One. Can you still audit it?
Yes. We audit standalone Zoho CRM setups as well as full Zoho One environments. If you're on CRM only, we'll also flag where Zoho One modules would fill gaps you're currently filling with other paid tools.
How long does it take?
3–5 business days for most setups. Larger environments with significant custom Deluge scripting or multiple integrated modules may take a day or two longer. We'll tell you upfront during the scope call.
What does it cost?
Zoho Audit pricing starts at $500 and scales with the complexity of your setup. Contact us — we can scope it in one conversation.

Most businesses are paying for a platform that could run their whole operation — and using maybe a third of it. The audit tells you exactly what you're sitting on and what to do about it.
