The audit decides what you need. Not you, and not us.
Implementation is a separate decision and an optional one. The report stands on its own whether you build with us, build internally, or take the roadmap somewhere else entirely.
Every one of them traces back to a finding.
None of these is a package you pick from a menu. What the audit turns up decides which apply, in what order, and how much of it you actually need.
Repair
Fix or simplify what you already own before a single new thing gets added. The most common finding in an audit is software that was bought, partly configured, and never finished.
Connect
APIs and integrations, so the manual step between two systems stops existing. Whether two platforms genuinely exchange data or merely both export CSV is a question worth answering before anyone promises an integration.
Automate
Documents, approvals, routing, follow-up. The repetitive things that eat a day. Zoho Flow and Deluge, Make, Power Automate, or whatever the stack you already run supports.
Build
The application, portal, or workflow that does not exist because nobody sells it. Some of the most useful things we have made exist because a business needed something the market never built.
Apply AI
Where it can safely do real work, and after the automation underneath it is solid. AI wired into live systems through MCP means a person can direct it in plain English to act on a specific record. Not an agent. A person aiming a tool.
Make it visible
Reporting and dashboards, so you can see the operation instead of remembering it. Usually the last phase, because a dashboard built on data nobody trusts is a faster way to be wrong.
Sometimes the answer is to buy nothing.
You already own the tool. Nobody finished setting it up.
That is an unprofitable answer for most vendors, which is roughly why nobody has given it to you yet. It is also one of the most common findings in an operations audit, and telling you is the entire reason the diagnosis comes before the proposal.
What that has actually meant.
Platforms
Zoho One with Deluge and Flow. Microsoft 365 and Power Automate. Make. MCP for AI wired into live systems. DNN. And a fair amount written from scratch.
Real engagements
Fifty years of paper into a voice-controlled Zoho pipeline. Two applications built from audit findings. Thirteen field forms replacing a system that would not have survived an inspection.
Before you decide.
Do I have to hire you to implement the audit findings?
No. The report is written so another qualified team could build from it. Roughly two thirds of a typical report is work that does not require hiring anyone.
What does implementation cost?
Build engagements typically run $5,000 to $25,000 depending on scope, with the audit fee credited against it.
What platforms do you build on?
Zoho One including Deluge and Flow, Microsoft 365 and Power Automate, Make, MCP for AI integration, DNN, and custom applications where nothing off the shelf fits.
Will you tell me not to buy something?
Regularly. Sometimes the right answer is that a business already owns the tool and nobody finished configuring it.
We do not scope a build off a conversation.
The audit decides what you need and the order it has to happen in. Then implementation is a decision you make with the whole picture in front of you.
