What was going wrong
A field services company was managing OSHA-required daily safety check-ins using paper clipboards. Reports were inconsistent, often incomplete, and had to be manually collected and filed. When audits happened, pulling the required documentation was a multi-day scramble. Incidents were being reported late or not at all.
What we built
- →
Designed a QR code system — one code per job site, printed and posted at each location
- →
Built a mobile-optimized Zoho form that workers access by scanning the QR code
- →
Form captures GPS location, timestamp, crew count, safety check items, and incident flags automatically
- →
Built auto-routing logic — completed reports go to the right supervisor by region/site
- →
Created automatic WorkDrive filing with date-stamped folders by location
- →
Built OSHA-compliant incident report triggers — any flagged item kicks off a separate incident workflow
- →
Created a dashboard showing daily completion status across all active job sites
"Our last audit took 20 minutes. Before this system it would have taken days."
This is what we do — all day, every day.
Every business has a version of this problem. Tell us yours and we'll figure out what to build.
