Three steps.
Same every time.
Whether you need just the audit or the full build, we follow the same process — because the work only goes right when we understand what you have before we touch anything.
The process is the product.
Most automation projects fail because someone skipped a step — usually the first one. We don’t. Every engagement runs the same way, from a single-system audit to a full operations build.
The Audit
Every project starts here — whether you want the audit and nothing else, or you’re coming to us for the full build. The first thing we do is look at what you already have and how it actually works. Not how it’s supposed to work. How it runs day to day.
We map your current process exactly as it runs: every step, every handoff, every place where someone is filling the gap manually. Then we figure out how to get your existing tools working together so we can eliminate steps — not replace manual work with manual digital work. That’s a different thing, and it matters.
The audit is the foundation. You can stop here, take the report, and implement it yourself or hand it to anyone. There’s no obligation to continue with us, and no one is better positioned to read that report than the person who wrote it.
See what an audit actually looks like →The Map
The audit is the bird’s eye view. This is the nitty gritty.
Once we know what’s there and what the opportunities are, we get specific. Which field updates which. What triggers what. What needs an API versus what connects natively. What gets automated in Phase 1 and what phases in later because the foundation has to exist first.
This is where we build the actual plan — phased, with real timelines and real cost estimates. You know what it’s going to cost and how long it’s going to take before we build a single thing.
Clients who come for just the audit sometimes come back for this. Clients who came for the full build get this as part of the process. Either way, nothing gets built until the map exists.
Implementation
We build it. We test it. We document it.
When we’re done, you own everything — the system, the workflows, the documentation, the logic behind every automation. No black boxes. No ongoing dependency on us unless you want it. If something needs changing six months from now, you have everything you need to do it yourself or hand it to someone else.
We build on the platforms you already have where possible. We don’t push software switches, don’t take referral fees, and don’t have a preferred vendor relationship that affects what we recommend. The right tool is the one that fits your operation — not the one that fits our stack.
