We implement it. We deploy it. We hand you the keys.

Most people who reach out don’t come in knowing what they need. They come in knowing something is taking too long, costing too much, or just feels like it should be easier. That’s enough. We figure out the rest — and we build it. Not a strategy document. Not a recommendation. The actual thing.

We start with your business — not a platform. The tool always follows the need. Here’s exactly what that looks like.

Sound
familiar?
  • You spend more time on paperwork and back-office tasks than you’d like — digital or not
  • You’re still copying information from one program into another by hand
  • You set your systems up years ago and haven’t really looked at whether they still make sense
  • You’ve thought about updating things but assume it’ll cost more than it saves
  • You’ve dealt with tech people before and it wasn’t worth the time, money, or frustration

You don’t need to know what to ask for. Just tell me where it hurts — I’ll map the rest.

Five service areas. Real prices. No mystery.

These are the ranges you’ll see in a real scoping conversation. Every project is different — scope, complexity, and your existing setup all move the number. But you deserve to know where things land before you invest an hour talking to us.

Start here — standalone deliverables
Discovery & Audits

You don’t need to know what’s wrong. You just need to let us look. We evaluate your operation — where your team’s time actually goes, where money is quietly draining, what’s working and what stopped working a long time ago — and hand you the full picture. No commitment to build anything. Just the truth about your business.

Starting from $1,200
What’s included
  • Automation Audit ($1,200–$2,500) — we come in, evaluate your whole operation, and give you the complete picture: what’s working, what’s draining money, what your team is doing manually that they shouldn’t be, and exactly where automation gets it back. You walk away knowing more about your own business than you did going in
  • Zoho Audit ($1,200–$2,000) — full review of your existing Zoho setup, what’s broken, what’s missing, prioritized fix list
  • Acquisition Intelligence Report ($1,500–$3,500) — a full operational and financial analysis of what a business could earn with the right systems in place; automation opportunities, ROI ranges, implementation phasing, and infrastructure gaps — built for buyers, sellers, and owners making big decisions
  • Zoho System Map ($2,000–$10,000+) — living navigable document of your entire Zoho operation, every automation, every warning, direct deep-links into your settings
How it works

We don’t send you a questionnaire. We sit with you and your operation — the real one, the messy one, the one with the workarounds nobody wrote down. We look at what your team actually does all day, what your tools actually handle, and where the gaps are quietly costing you. Most clients are surprised by what we find. Book an audit. See what’s possible.

Core service — implementation
Automation, AI & MCP Integration

We connect your tools, eliminate the manual grind, and deploy AI that takes real actions inside your business — not just answers questions beside it.

Single automations from $1,000
What’s included
  • Single automation build ($1,000–$4,000) — one well-scoped trigger-to-output flow: invoice generation, onboarding, CRM updates, document routing
  • Multi-flow system build ($5,000–$15,000) — connected automations across multiple tools or departments, built and handed off with documentation
  • AI & MCP deployment ($6,000–$20,000) — AI connected directly to your CRM, inbox, documents, and workflows so it acts on live data
  • Custom AI chatbot ($3,000–$8,000) — trained on your data, embedded in your systems; handles real questions with real answers
  • Full system build — pen to digital ($10,000–$30,000+) — end-to-end: every form, every workflow, every automation; from any starting point
How it works

We scope it with you first. You know exactly what’s being built before we start. We work in your existing tools — or build from scratch if nothing fits — then test, document, and hand you the keys with a walkthrough.

What is MCP? Model Context Protocol lets AI connect directly to your business tools — your CRM, your documents, your workflows — so it can act on real data instead of just answering questions. We build those connections. Learn more →
Deep platform expertise
Zoho One Implementation

When Zoho is the right fit, we don’t do surface-level implementations. We write Deluge scripts, design cross-module automations, and wire the entire suite so your data flows where it belongs — automatically.

Starting from $2,000
What’s included
  • Zoho One setup & config ($3,000–$7,500) — CRM pipeline, basic automations, user setup; configured to your business, not a generic template
  • Full Zoho implementation ($7,500–$18,000) — CRM, Books, Sign, WorkDrive, SalesIQ, Flow, and custom Deluge scripting; living system map included
  • Zoho custom development — Deluge ($2,000–$8,000) — custom functions, scripts, and cross-module logic that go beyond what Zoho’s built-in tools allow
  • Zoho audit & rebuild ($2,000–$6,000) — for setups that grew messy; we audit, fix what’s broken, remove what’s redundant, rebuild what should work differently
  • Zoho System Map ($2,000–$10,000+) — reverse-engineer your existing setup into a living navigable document your whole team can use
How it works

We’ve been in Zoho since before most people had heard of it. We know the edges, the workarounds, and the Deluge functions Zoho’s own support says can’t be done. Every implementation ends with documentation your team can navigate and maintain. No black boxes.

Already have Zoho but nobody knows how it works? The Zoho System Map is exactly for that.
Digital presence & custom builds
Websites & Custom Apps

AI-built in days. Custom-built from scratch when it needs to be. Either way, you own the code — no monthly platform fees, no vendor lock-in, no holding your site hostage.

Websites from $2,500
What’s included
  • AI-built website ($2,500–$6,000) — clean, fast, SEO-ready HTML deployed in days; you own the files, zero platform fees, no monthly subscriptions
  • Custom web app or client portal ($5,000–$20,000+) — when off-the-shelf doesn’t do what your business actually needs; see FESible and HomeschoolDesk as examples
  • Chrome extensions & internal tools ($2,000–$8,000) — browser-based tools that automate what you’re doing manually on the web every day
  • DNN / CMS for existing installs (quote-based) — upgrades, migrations, custom modules, ongoing support for clients already on DNN; we’ve been building on it since 2004
  • Hosting, monitoring & SEO foundations — included in all new builds; ongoing support available
How it works

AI-built sites are scoped, built, and deployed in days — not weeks. Custom apps start with a scoping session to nail the exact use case before a line of code is written. Either way, we hand you the code, walk you through it, and don’t disappear after launch.

This is how this site was built. Days, not months. We own the code and it costs nothing to run. Learn how →
After the build
Ongoing Support & Retainers

Most studios hand you the keys and vanish. We stick around — monitoring, updating, and improving what we built. When something breaks at 2pm on a Thursday, we already know.

Retainers from $1,500/mo
What’s included
  • Automation monitoring — we watch your flows and catch failures before you do
  • Ongoing builds — as your business grows, your systems grow with it
  • Hosting & uptime management for sites we’ve built
  • Documentation updates — your system map stays current
  • Just-in-time support — not a ticket queue; a real person who knows your system
How it works

Retainers are scoped to what your business actually needs — not a flat package with features you’ll never use. We set a scope, a cadence, and a contact. Most retainer clients have been with us for years. That’s the goal.

Pricing is by scope. The $1,500/mo starting point covers light monitoring and just-in-time support. Active build retainers (ongoing automation work) typically run $2,000–$3,000/mo.

Business first. Tools second. Always.

Before we recommend a single platform, we sit with you and learn how your business actually runs — not how businesses in your industry usually run. Yours. How your team moves through a job. Where things actually get stuck. What you’ve already tried. Every operation is different, and a solution built around someone else’s workflow won’t fit yours.

By the time we build anything, we understand your operation the way a long-term employee would. Which means what we build fits into how you already work — you don’t have to learn a new system or migrate everything to a new platform. The answer comes from your business, not from a preferred vendor list.

Discover

We map your actual workflow — every step, every person, every tool, every gap. We find where things fall through the cracks before we touch a single setting.

Architect

We design the system — what connects to what, what triggers what, where data lives and where it flows. The architecture happens before a single automation is built.

Build & Hand Over

We build it, test it, document it, and hand you the keys — including a living system map so your team can navigate and maintain it without calling us every time something needs attention.

We work in whatever fits

Platform agnostic. Puzzle obsessed.

We don’t have a preferred vendor. We have a preferred outcome: a system that runs smoothly and that your team can actually use. We’ll work in whatever tool gets you there — or build something from scratch if none of them do.

Questions we actually get asked.

What does AI implementation actually mean for a small business? +

It means connecting AI tools directly to your actual business operations — your CRM, your inbox, your forms, your documents. It’s not setting up a chatbot and calling it done. We build systems where AI takes real actions: creating records, routing tasks, generating documents, flagging exceptions — without anyone having to babysit it.

What is MCP and why does it matter? +

MCP stands for Model Context Protocol — a standard that lets AI models connect directly to your business tools and take real actions. Without MCP, AI can answer questions about your business. With MCP, it can actually do things: pull a client record, update a CRM field, generate a report, route a task. The difference is the same as a consultant who advises versus someone who actually builds it. We build the MCP connections so your AI assistant works inside your systems, not just beside them.

What if I don’t know what platform I need? +

That’s the most common starting point and honestly the best one. We don’t need you to come in with a platform decision made. We’d rather you describe how your business works and what’s frustrating you. We’ll figure out what fits — or whether building something custom makes more sense.

What if we’re still on pen and paper? +

That’s a fine starting point. We’ve done full digitization builds from scratch — designing the system, building every form, every workflow, every automation. If anything, it’s easier to build it right from the beginning than to undo a messy existing setup. See what that looks like →

How long does a project take? +

Single automations can be built in a day or two. AI-built websites take days, not weeks. Full system builds — CRM setup, multi-flow automations, document pipelines — typically run one to four weeks depending on scope. We’ll give you an honest timeline in the first conversation.

Do I need to know how to code to work with you? +

No. Our job is to translate your business process into working software. You describe how your business works and what you wish happened automatically — we handle everything technical from there. And we explain what we’ve built in plain language so you understand your own system.

We don’t just build for clients. We build for problems we couldn’t not solve.

Same process as always: someone had a headache, the right tool didn’t exist, so we built it. These are live, running things — not mockups, not side projects gathering dust.
